Communication Skills Personal Analysis Part1 In this report, I push back to dismember my own personal development passim my counterbalance semester at university. At the descent of the semester, I drew up an Action Plan depicting my strengths and weaknesses. I take in use this plan to especi on the wholey to recognise my areas of improvement, and hopefully when I sweep up up a conclusion of my report, I will fall in turned these into either strengths, or be able to separate that I befuddle improved. I opine to examine the next topics: Working with Others, Communicating, Applying Technology, and Applying Design and Creativity. In parade to successfully put down this report I have kept a journal, wherein I have recorded what I have done throughout weeks 2 to 11, which I shall analyse and backup any arguments with tell that can be found in the appendices. Working with former(a)s I think that I have done particularly substantially so far run ning(a)s towards my team assignment. At the beginning of the semester I was non looking preliminary to naturalizeing with others. In my Action Plan I verbalise that this skill was unquestionably a weakness. This was due to countless incidents during my date at college.

If mortal asked me what the word Team meant I would articulate the following; A Team is a collection of motivate group consisting of more than than two individuals fighting towards a joint goal. That what I think a team should be, only when it never in my experience works out that way. When at college, I would be given group assignments, and I invariably found it a nightmare. I was never af raid of working hard and fashioning a valua! ble contribution. Team work therefore is something I detest because of the reliance on other people, and because I did non trust to fail, it was often I whose sole right it was to do all of the work. Once I had done all of the work, it was often the case that I got a grade that I did not deserve whilst others got higher marks for their contributions.
